For soldiers reporting for in-processing, report to the Soldier Support Center, Building 3400 in Room 103 located at 1401 B Avenue, Fort Lee. The Soldier Support Center is located between 16th and 13th Street. If arriving after 4:30 pm. Enter through the main entrance off of B Avenue and report to the Welcome Desk. Bring the following to check in: DA Form 31 (Leave Form), two copies of orders, DD Form 93, security clearance, dental records, and military personnel file.
